Bryan Pritchard

Bryan Pritchard is the Founder and CEO of Tricap Residential Group, a leading real estate investment firm focused on developing, repositioning, and operating multifamily communities across the Midwest. With a background in engineering and a passion for entrepreneurship, Bryan launched Tricap in 2007, building it into a vertically integrated platform that has completed over $700 million in transactions and currently owns and manages more than 5,000 apartment units.

Bryan is known for his disciplined approach to real estate investing — finding value where others overlook it, creating a clear strategic vision, and driving flawless execution. His leadership philosophy centers on alignment: investing significant personal capital alongside his investors to ensure a shared commitment to long-term success.

In addition to his work at Tricap, Bryan is a professor of real estate at the University of Michigan and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is also an investor in a range of businesses beyond real estate, reflecting his broader passion for building and scaling companies.

Bryan lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife and two sons and enjoys an active lifestyle with his family.

Joe Palomino

As the Chief Operating Officer at Tricap Residential Group, Joe is responsible for the oversight of all property operations, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions for the company. Since joining Tricap in 2017, Joe has seen the successful growth of the company and has played a vital role in expanding the portfolio into new markets across the country. Joe has a diverse background of real estate experience ranging from property management, new construction, development, and investment management. This experience, along with Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined approach, allows him to drive the execution of Tricap’s business plans and deliver results for our investment partners. Originally from Chicago, Joe studied at DePaul University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in real estate. Joe currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife, Pamela. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, biking, exploring Colorado’s backcountry, and spending time playing guitar or seeing a show at Red Rocks.

Lindsey Vance

Lindsey joined Tricap in January 2023 as chief financial officer and leads the finance, risk management and investor relations functions. With over 16 years of experience at both private and public real estate companies, Lindsey has navigated the complex landscape of real estate over the course of her career. She has extensive experience in property management, real estate development and investment, a passion for numbers, and a knack for strategic planning and analysis. Her experience in the execution of real estate transactions, coupled with her investment management background, contribute to Tricap’s successful deal execution and proven track record.

Lindsey’s previous experience includes serving as chief accounting officer at a publicly traded student housing REIT, EdR, and as managing director on Greystar’s investment management team. Lindsey’s career began within the audit practice of Deloitte’s Memphis office, she is a certified public accountant (inactive), and was selected for the 2017 Memphis Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40. She earned her master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree of accountancy from Mississippi State University.

Lindsey resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and two young children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and any time that can be spent on the water.
