Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our community. In order for us to engage your services, you or the company you represent will need to be enrolled and approved through Vendor Access.
Entrata Vendor Access
Vendor Access is a 3rd party provider responsible for administering Tricap Residential Group’s Vendor Compliance Program. Follow these easy steps below to become a new vendor for Tricap Residential.

Sign up
Tricap has customer representatives available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central) to assist you and your insurance agent with any questions.

Gather Documents
Vendor Access will gather, among other things:
- a W-9
- an executed Vendor Agreement
- any other applicable information and documentation that Tricap Residential Group needs in order to designate you as an approved vendor on our company vendor list
You may obtain a sample insurance certificate that you may share with your insurance provider, a blank W-9, and our standard Vendor Agreement from the examples at the bottom of this page.

Please include a cover email or facsimile sheet with your name (if a sole proprietor or independent contractor providing personal services) or the name of the company you represent.

Check Enrollment Status
