Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our community. In order for us to engage your services, you or the company you represent will need to be enrolled and approved through vendor credentialing.
RealPage Vendor Credentialing
Vendor Credentialing is a 3rd party provider responsible for administering Tricap Residential Group’s Vendor Compliance Program. Follow these easy steps below to become a new vendor for Tricap Residential!

Sign up with RealPage Vendor Credentialing
Vendor Credentialing has customer representatives available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central) to assist you and your insurance agent with any questions.

You also can visit Vendor Credentialing’s website at www.vendorcredentialing.realpage.com. Please be advised that there is an annual fee associated with the enrollment process.

Gather Documents
Vendor Credentialing will gather, among other things:
- insurance documents
- a W-9
- an executed Vendor Agreement
- any other applicable information and documentation that Tricap Residential Group needs in order to designate you as an approved vendor on our company vendor list
You may obtain a sample insurance certificate that you may share with your insurance provider, a blank W-9, and our standard Vendor Agreement directly from Vendor Credentialing.

Please include a cover email or facsimile sheet with your name (if a sole proprietor or independent contractor providing personal services) or the name of the company you represent and reference your Vendor ID Number. If you do not know your Vendor ID Number, please call Vendor Credentialing’s customer service line and a representative will assist you.
