Key role filled for upcoming growth
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, August 28, 2020 – Tricap Residential Group, announced a new role and hire.
Jessica Eberbach joins Tricap as Director of Engagement. With more than 16 years of experience in Multifamily Real Estate, with specific concentrations in operations and training programs, she will focus on Tricap’s Customer-Centric Model of service. Jessica started her property management career as a Leasing Professional. She advanced through multiple on-site roles with involvement in student housing, new build lease-ups, renovations, and conventional in numerous markets. Before joining Tricap, Jessica served as the Education and Development Manager at Trilogy Residential Management, where she was responsible for developing the learning landscape. Jessica holds a B.S. from Michigan State University. She has achieved Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
