The National Resident SatisFaction Award is given annually and recognizes companies who have maintained an average score between 4.00 and 4.49 out of 5.00 on its InSites survey program. This is the second consecutive year Tricap Residential Group has been named a National Resident Satisfaction Superior Award Winner.
Through its partnership with SatisFacts, Tricap actively seeks feedback from its residents after move in and each time its service teams complete a service request. In 2015, Tricap received more than 600 survey responses from its residents with an average score of 4.32 out of 5.00.
