Tricap Acquires a 98-unit Community in Chicago, IL


August 19, 2015 – Chicago, IL-­based Tricap Residential Group, an owner, operator and developer of multi-family properties, is pleased to announce the continued growth of their portfolio with their third acquisition of the quarter, Everett Hyde Park, in Chicago, IL. This transaction will add 98 units to Tricap’s portfolio, bringing the total operating unit count to nearly 2,000 apartments.

The property is located in the extremely desirable Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Hyde Park offers its residents a pedestrian lifestyle, rich in culture, amenities, and architecture and is known for its well-educated and diverse residents.  The property itself is comprised of two, three-story buildings and will undergo extensive interior renovations that are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2016.
